Safety Instructions

In Case of A Gas Leak Always Remember Safety First. If You Suspect A Leak, Follow These Instructions & Remain In A Safe Place Until The Location Is Confirmed To Be Safe:

  • Avoid Turning On Or Off Any Electrical Device That May Cause A Spark.
  • Open Windows And Doors Immediately To Ventilate The Place And Remove The Leaking Gas Outside The Building.
  • Do Not Light Any Fire, Such As Cigarettes Or Candles.
  • If You Know Where The Gas Valve Is, Close It Carefully.
  • Immediately Exit The Building Or Area Where The Leak Occurred.
  • Once You Are In A Safe Area, Contact Emergency Services Or The Relevant Gas Company.
  • Do Not Return To The Area Where The Gas Leaked Until You Are Sure That The Danger Has Passed And That The Place Is Safe.
  • If You Have Leak Detectors, Make Sure They Are Working Properly And Change The Batteries Regularly. Avoid Moving The Car In The Area Of The Leak, As A Spark May Occur From The Car Engine.
  • If You Are In An Apartment Complex Or Multi-unit Building, Notify Your Neighbors So They Can Take Precautions.
